Cute Dunkin in the same strip mall as Friendlys, Ace Hardware, dry cleaners, Chinese food.
This is a larger Dunkin and has seating and tables. Clean. Easy parking. -

Used to go here regularly, not anymore. Manager with purple hair is rude to the customers and makes them feel like an inconvenience to her day. I'll go up the street to Cumbies and get a coffee for $1 without attitude.

First and last time I will ever go to this store again! Very rude and poor service by Carmen M. I ordered 4 donuts and they were thrown in the bag without wrapping them and all the chocolate melted off all over the bag and onto all three doughnuts. I'm highly disappointed by this restaurant.

This is the worst Dunkin' in the area. Always very slow, gets orders wrong, and doesn't seem to care about customer satisfaction. I've worked in retail and food service before so I don't have very high expectations. I know how it is to be understaffed, overworked, and so on. I know customers can be ridiculously demanding and I don't expect everyone to always have a smile on their face. That being said, going to this Dunkin' makes me feel like I'm at the DMV.

Would rather give No stars for this franchise. Two Saturday afternoons in a row I was third in line at drive thru. 20 minutes later I finally order. Did they get my order correct. Nope. Forgot hash browns. 5 cars behind me left. Last Saturday I left.. you really need to step up your game. I'll stick to the Granby location. They are quick and the order is always correct.
